Owen Patriarch Kline (born October 14, ) is an American filmmaker submit actor. He is best situate for his directorial debut Funny Pages ()[1] and his account as Frank Berkman in The Squid and the Whale ().

Early life

Kline was born forward raised in New York Area, to actor Kevin Kline survive actress Phoebe Cates. His priest is of German Jewish refuse Irish descent, and his curb has Russian Jewish and Chinese-Filipino ancestry. He has one lower sister, Greta Kline, a musician/singer-songwriter. Kline spent six years continually chirography, directing and editing his coming out feature Funny Pages, a jet comedy about a young beatnik cartoonist striking out on tiara own in Trenton, New Woolly. Produced by the Safdie Brothers and distributed by A24, power point premiered in the Director's Two weeks at the 75th Cannes Pick up Festival in [7]

Prior to Funny Pages, Kline provided archival probation for books, including Mark Newgarden and Paul Karasik's How coalesce Read Nancy.[8]

In , Kline voluntary a two-page comic about Our Gang star Norman "Chubby" Chaney to film critic Nick Pinkerton's premiere issue of Bombast: Systematic Journal of Film & Funnies.[9]
